Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation number, along with your tracking numbers. With these, you will be able to track your order in real-time and it will provide you with a more accurate delivery date than the below estimated delivery dates listed below. Once the order is shipped, you will also receive an email update. If you signed up to receive SMS notifications, then you will also receive updates on your phone.
We know our customers are excited to receive their purchases as soon as possible, and that is why we rush to process your orders in 24 hours. We are also excited to ship your order, but we added a 24-hour processing time in case you realize that you placed an order by mistake and would like to cancel it, because once it's processed, we cannot cancel it. Please refer to our Refund Policy in the next section below.
The estimated delivery dates for our products, not including the 24-hour processing time, are the following:

Unfortunately, because of our print-on-demand business model we are only able to accept returns that are due to issues caused by printing or shipping. Our return policy does not include buyer’s remorse. However, we have done our due diligence in selecting the right partners, with credible track records, to print our products, and to reduce these issues.
If you believe your order qualifies to be considered ‘returnable,’ we have a 15-day return policy, which means you
have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will do everything we can to make the issue right with our customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
